Order Processing

All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS/Email once your order is shipped.

Delivery Timeframe

Within Faisalabad

Standard delivery: 1–2 business days.

Across Pakistan (Other Cities)

Standard delivery: 2–4 business days depending on your city.
Remote areas may take up to 5–7 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping rate: Rs. 200 flat for all orders.
FREE delivery on orders above Rs. 2,000.
We recommend placing bundle orders to qualify for free delivery and get better value.

Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay when you receive your order.
Easypaisa — Digital wallet payment accepted.
JazzCash — Digital wallet payment accepted.

Note: For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order details and clear images of the issue via WhatsApp: 03409236000.
We will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 6 hours of placement.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
